Love You Healthy - “Thrive” is more than a weight loss program.  Thrive is a lifestyle behavioral program designed to increase wellness, improve health and enhance overall quality of life. Learning to adopt a healthy lifestyle with community and  joy. Perfect for all fitness levels and designed for those ready to make a lifelong positive health change.  


This 6-week program

($375) includes:

  • In-person group fitness*
