Saidah Jones, cscs

A track and field All-American, this University of Tennessee alum has worked as a fitness professional for over 15 years. After training for the 2004 Olympic Games, Saidah served as the Physical Activity Director at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) on a multimillion dollar cancer prevention study. This work inspired Saidah to focus on developing programs that could effectively build better bodies, inside and out.

With efforts to decrease cancer, chronic disease and improve athletic performance, Saidah has developed programs for local governments, served as the health and fitness expert for 106.1 KMEL(San Francisco), and hosted a series of wellness retreats cultivating communities of health.

In addition to creating healthy communities, Saidah has always maintained a strong client base as a trainer and advisor for many. Her clients include former NFL and NBA athletes, Ms. Olympia (figure) and many of our country's most powerful female professionals. Saidah is known for helping clients create a culture of health, wellness and exceed their athletic goals. In her home state of Georgia, implementation of award-winning school wellness policies, serving as brand ambassador for lululemon, partnering with the Piedmont Park Conservancy and working as one of the top sports performance trainers, are just a few of the ways she has had an impact on her home base.
