Injury resilience and pain-free mobility is the foundation of LYH athletic training. After all, athletes need to be on the field to perform well.

ATHLETIC TRAINING with Saidah:

  • Improves mobility, flexibility and stability in the athlete.

  • Combines coordination, strength, and explosiveness in a way that guarantees durability in the athlete.

  • Focuses on neuromuscular conditioning and proper muscle recruitment for injury prevention.

Special attention is given special attention to the details that will help maximize every repetition in every workout for every competition.


1:1 Fitness training

Private(personal) training is arguably, the single-most effective way to accomplish health and fitness goals.

FITNESS TRAINING with Saidah:

  • Enhances the client’s overall quality of life with quality workouts specific to their needs.

  • Accommodates clients with the demands of a busy lifestyle.

  • Creates flexibility for those with unconventional work schedules.

  • Online (Virtual) Sessions are available for everyone via Zoom.

Training sessions consist of at-home total body workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes in length. Rates vary depending on time of day, frequency and specificity of training.

Team Training

Team training offers sessions to specifically enhance in-competition performance. Sessions are typically held at the team’s school, practice site and/or competition site.

TEAM TRAINING with Saidah:

  • Enhances in-game performance.

  • Decrease injury risk while increasing recovery.

  • This session prepares teams and athletes for the competition with a dynamic warm up and stretch session typically at the competition site.

  • Team Recovery sessions accelerate competition or practice recovery with exercises that improve circulation flushing lactic acid and increasing mobility.
