Fitness routines are developed based on a desired goal, while diets are developed to accommodate a specific lifestyle.   


Personal Training with Saidah: 

  • Is specific for high-achievers and hard-workers 
  • Provides tactics for those who want to prioritize their health
  • Accommodates clients with the demands of a busy lifestyle
  • Creates flexibility for those with unconventional work schedules 


Training sessions consist of total body workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes in length.  Rates vary depending on time of day, frequency and specificity of training.
