Pool (aquatic) workouts serve as the premier way to gain cardiovascular conditioning, improved mobility and increased flexibility, all without the added strain to your joints. These workouts are designed to decrease inflammation, joint pain and improve overall stability.
LYH - Pool Workouts are held at Georgia Tech, Piedmont Park (Sweat & Splash) and The Westminster Schools, according to the season.
