Flexibility sessions that include passive & active-isolated stretch increases the body’s ability to move and produce power.
Stretch sessions include:
trainer stretching
myo-fascia release
dynamic flexibility
Static stretching
total-body mobility
lactic acid flush
pre-game prep
post-game recovery
dynamic stretching
Use this stretch session as pre-game preparation, post-practice flush or simple body maintenance. Coach Saidah Jones will actively stretch and/or manipulate muscles in this thorough stretch session. Active-Isolated stretch, dynamic flexibility and static flexibility will all be used to help your body feel great.
